Took off work waiting on my new bedroom furniture just to have them call me at the deadline of the delivery for them to tell me that can't make it maybe Friday or Saturday!!!! No bedroom don't think I want the furniture anymore....

Hello 2 adults sit on it once per day to check email hardly extreme use. Customer care provides nothing but canned responses. I'm being told the product is NOT defective therefore not covered under the warranty case closed literally. Case will be closed after the Attorney General reviews my complaint and I take them to small claims court to get my money back. Service and quality of products is outstanding. We have taken great care to provide you with information that is accurate and useful.

The chair seat cracked and totally fell apart writhin 2 months. No leather, not pleather but appears to be a sprayed on product. Getting the run around just like other customers are noting in their reviews. Customer service needed pictures, then a tech was sent out then they tried to say it was due to home use.
